Before:
34 year-old female, 5'7", 142 lbs. with small C-cup breasts.
Patient has nursed 3 children, and has significant pre-operative
sagging (ptosis) and associated significant asymmetry.
After:
6 months post-operative saline breast augmentation (425cc smooth
saline implants) with full mastopexies (bilateral lifts with
anchor-type scar) to mid D-cup breasts.
Comments:
This patient obviously needed a full lift on each side (mastopexy)
in addition to the breast augmentation. If I had performed a straight
lift (without augmentation), she would not have had enought fullness
in the upper part of the breasts. As she is only 6 months
post-operative, her scars will still fade even much more. Given her
pre-operative shape, her general shape post-operatively is quite nice
and natural appearing from all views.
