Before and After Breast Augmentation Photos
 
 

This patient is a 27-year-old registered nurse who came to our office from Lexington Park, Maryland seeking breast enhancement plastic surgery. She had searched the internet diligently to find a Southern Maryland plastic surgeon, and soon after, she was in contact with my staff. She wanted to increase her breast size from a small A cup to a small C cup because she felt she “lacked fullness” and wanted to enhance her look with a breast size more flattering to her frame.

After examining her during the consultation, I recommended breast augmentation. Since her symmetry was good, she did not need any further corrective surgery. The patient chose a 300cc Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile Saline implant. During the surgery, I placed an incision into the inframammary fold (under the breast) and placed the implant into the submuscular pocket (under the muscle). Once the implant was inserted, I filled it with saline to achieve the desired cup size.

Postoperatively, the patient returned to her home in Maryland, where she had a speedy breast enlargement surgery recovery and was very pleased with the size, shape, and natural look of her new breast size. She was back to her job in no time, helping others feel as healthy and vibrant as she felt about herself.
