This 46-year-old patient came to us from Hollywood, Maryland for breast enhancement plastic surgery. As a fitness instructor, it is essential that she remained in both spiritual and physical balance so that she could continue to motivate her clients to look their best. With this in mind, her main concern was the “pull of gravity” that was stretching out her breasts, a condition known as ptosis. The patient felt that her breasts had decreased in perkiness and also lacked fullness, so she wanted to increase her bust size from an A cup to a full C cup.

To achieve this goal, I recommended that she go with a Smooth Round Saline Implant to address both the deflated and droopy breast appearance. A 275 cc implant was used to obtain her desired size. During the surgery, I placed an incision into the inframammary fold (under the breast) and placed the implant into a subpectoral pocket (under the muscle). Her plastic surgery procedure went off without a hitch.

After her Maryland breast enlargement, the patient recovered well, with minimal scarring. She felt that her breasts had a rejuvenated appearance and her body is now much better balanced, enhancing her confidence and look for that extra level of success in her profession.
