Dr. Bryan Gawley grew up in Mesa, graduating valedictorian from Mountain View High School and graduated summa cum laude with honors from The University of Arizona, earning a Bachelor of Science in Molecular biology. He remained in Tucson, and received his Medical Degree form U of A where he was also elected to the most prestigious medical honorary, AOA, in his 3rd year .

Dr. Gawley is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and has completed a 5 year combined residency in General and Plastic Surgery at The University of Texas at Galveston. He is fully trained in the latest techniques in cosmetic surgery of the face and body , facial trauma, burn reconstruction, breast reconstruction, microsurgery, hand surgery, and cleft lip/cleft palate surgery.

In addition to his training in Galveston, Dr. Gawley completed an externship at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston learning reconstructive microsurgery, as well as a cosmetic externship in Miami, Florida. During his training, Dr. Gawley developed a special interest in breast surgery. He is an expert in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery. A significant portion of his practice is devoted to breast augmentation, breast lift, and breasts reduction. He also has a special interest in endoscopic facial aesthetic surgery and body contouring .
