This patient is proof positive that shorter women can greatly improve their appearance with breast enhancement. Many Naples, Florida women come to my office wanting to improve the look of their breasts, but concerned that larger breasts on their smaller frame will only make them look chunky. Nothing could be further from the truth.

As you can see, this woman in her mid-20s, though only 5 feet tall, gained a much sexier profile with breast enlargement. Like many of my patients, she was referred to the office by friends, themselves former patients. Being petite, she understood she would get a larger cup size with a smaller implant than taller women require.

Also, being thin, she was concerned with being able to feel the edges of a saline implant, so she opted for recently-approved silicone gel breast implants. Another silicone implant benefit is that they can be placed above the pectoral muscle without being as noticeable as saline breast implants. As a result, I was able to place her implants in the subfascial plane, which leads to much less pain post-operatively and won’t cause implant displacement when the chest muscle contracts.

This patient had moderate plus profile smooth round silicone gel implants placed in the subfascial pocket through a periareolar incision. She’s extremely pleased with her Naples cosmetic surgery.
