27 year-old lady with attractive body features but the patient felt that she would like to have more confidence in the breast area. During the breast augmentation consultation, the details of the implant size and the objectives of the patient are discussed in detail with demonstrations of what implants are necessary to achieve the patients objectives. In this case, a 400 cc smooth saline implant with a crease incision was placed. Shown now at 6 months post-op. Very happy patient . . . very happy doctor.
