I had consulted with two other plastic surgeons in my area before traveling the distance of 12 hours round trip to consult with Dr. Don Revis Jr. of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I got the chance to speak extensively with his nurse/secretary Suzanne over he phone before meeting his staff and him in person. I had so many questions and I wanted to *really* be sure before setting off for my 12 hour journey to his office. Little did I know how much meeting him would change my Life. I was told a diffrent theory at every consult I had. The plastic surgeons wanted to do more of the talking than I, which was OK to an extent, but I sure had a slew of questions 3 pages long). By the time my #2 consult was over with, I unlocked my car to get inside and I just couldn't hold back the tears anymore. I was overwhelmed with grief because what these "other" surgeons were telling me is NOT what I wanted to hear as far as the look I WANTED. I gave my consulting process a full month break to hopefully re-coup from what the other surgeons were telling me. I finally found Dr. Revis!!!! Checked out his credentials - got the chance to correspond with two of his patients via the internet & phone, and that was a breath of fresh air. I hope I can explain this in a way you can understand. I'm not good at words, but that consultation I had with Dr. Revis changed me, showed me there ARE GREAT doctors out there that have a heart and WANT TO please and be attentive to their patients. Dr. Revis let ME talk and ask as MANY questions as I wanted. He answered EVERY email in a timely fashion and responded so quickly. He is a very soft spoken gentleman that always has a smile on his face and is glad to see you. He is very concerned with your thoughts and your input more so than any other doctor I've met. For some reason after leaving the consult with him, I knew he was the doctor I wanted to perform surgery on me. I went over galleries of pictures of patients he has done, and was impressed very much. Everything from the minute I walked into the Surgery Center to the minute he called me later that night to check on me in my hotel was smoother then I ever imagined. I hope after you read this & do your research as I've done you will find a way to have a consult with Dr. Revis, as they are free. It was the BEST consult I have ever gotten. I would highly recommend him to ANYBODY. I can't believe the breasts he blessed me with. They're better then I ever imagined, thanks to his skill, he fullfilled every dream I had about "my dream breasts", what I envisioned that I wanted, he delievered. I will forever be grateful for finding Dr. Revis. I could NOT be happier with a surgeon or my breasts, thanks to Dr. Don Revis Jr, The GREAT.
