Restoration of Unsatisfactory Result Operated Upon Elsewhere.

• Ripples (traction type)
• Bottoming Out
• Malposition
• Thinned Out Tissue

History:
Under went augmentation with 270cc textured McGhan. Inflatable saline implants placed in a total submuscular positioin thru bilatieral crease incisions. This is a one year post-result. Her implants are not only undersited but malpositioned and firm due to a Baker III capsular contracture. A restricted submuscular pocket and textured surface.

Treatment:
She under went correction with enlargement of the pockets, capsulectomies, and removal and replacement with 4450cc Mentor Saline, Smooth, Round Implants placed in a partial submuscular position.
