Currently, New York plastic surgeon Dr. Winski's clinical practice is in Goshen and he has privileges at Orange Regional Medical Center, Arden Hill Campus in Goshen, New York, and Orange Regional Medical Center, Horton Campus in Middletown, New York, St. Anthony Community Hospital in Warwick, N.Y. and the Westchester Medical Center.

Dr. Winski has been in practice and lived in Goshen for over 20 years. When he is out of the office and operating room, his time is spent with his wife and two sons. He is actively involved in the area youth organizations. He has coached and been on the board of the local Little League. Coached in the Soccer Club and worked with the Boy Scouts. He is also involved with, and very dedicated to the BOCES New Vision Medical Student Program. The students from the area that are interested in the medical, surgical field spend the day with Dr. Winski shadowing him in the office and in the operating room at the hospital. He is also an avid gardener and skier.
