![]() | Help with choosing implant
Thanks in advance! Here are my stats: 5'6 112 pounds Before breast augmentation and after breastfeeding for 1 year: 34B saggy I was a 34C before breastfeeding After breast augmentation: 34 full C Textured, Round Under muscle implant is size 360, but overfilled to below: 375cc Left/400cc Right I had my breast augmentation 8 years ago, but now would like to go larger. How many more cc's do you think I could go up to? I would like to go up to Smooth, Round, HP, 800cc's. I was thinking maybe 750 implants filled to 800cc's. Do you think I could hold this? Or what would you recommend for me as my largest? I do not mind the fake look at all. I know that this is hard to say without you actually seeing me, but I can send you pictures if you would like. I have before and after photos. I would like to be about an E cup if possible. I was trying to figure out how much larger I would be, but I figure it is about 1 cup size per 200cc's. Therefore, that should take me up 2 cup sizes. Any advice would be great! Thanks! |

![]() | sizing
Hi. Sizing for an implant is complex because you have to take into account your desires vs. what your body/skin can tolerate. The larger implant you have may make you happier initially, but in the long run may irreversibly harm your tissues. With more stretching and thinning of your tissues you get more sagging and more implant show - specially with saline where you may see significant rippling no matter how overfilled they are. All implant related risks increase significantly the larger the implant size is - specially when you start to look at implants above 400cc. You have to make the final decision between short term happiness of a larger size and very likely long term issues of rippling and tissue thinning. The best is to discuss all these with your surgeon before proceeding. Thanks. Dr. Ghaderi |
