What makes the "fake" look?

Hello - I was wondering what aspect of the surgery makes for the high, round, "fake" looking style vs the "natural" style of implant? Can you actually make the pocket for the implant higher in the chest cavity? does it have to be smaller?

I am asking because I dont like the complete circle melon look - but I do like the round look by the cleavage (and slightly upper cleavage). How do I express this to my surgeon?

I don't know exactly what would make each look, but I just wanted to say...the BEST way to get across to your doc of what you want is to take LOTS of pics to your doc. Take pics of what you LOVE and ones of what you DO NOT WANT!! It makes it very clear of what you visualize in your mind. You describing in words of what you want may be one pic in your head compared to what your doc may picture in his/her head after you try describing it. So definitely takes pics of good and bad!

I would say this one. You should always ask before you take someone's pics but if you see a set of boobies that you like, ask them if you can take them to your PS. Good Luck! I wish the PS would respond so we could know.

high round look

Implants are simple things. They just add volume, firmness and more roundness to your breasts. The bigger the implant, the more round and fuller your breasts become. Also if you go above the muscle you see more of the roundness and the projection. All implants give the upper part of your breasts more fullness. The larger the implant, the more pronounced that will be and also the length of your torso matters. If you have a short torso with breast that are already sitting higher on your chest, then you will have implants that are sitting higher and vice versa for long torso with lower sitting breasts. The best thing to do is to go over your own anatomy with your surgeon and discuss realistic expectations for outcome. You can not place an implant high on the chest of someone who has a long torso and lower sitting breast. Photos of someone else are exactly that - of someone else. Be sure you understand the boundries of your own body and what can be done. Being on the same page as your body along with having your surgeon listen to your concern will put you in the best position for a happiness postop. let me know if you have any other questions.
