Question What has gone wrong? Should I have a revision?

I hope you dont mind helping me.... I am an Australian who had her breast augmentation done in Thailand...... hmmmmm......

Can you please, please, please have a look at my pics (I made it a public album) and see if I should go back to Thailand and the same doc for a repair? I have one breast much higher, tighter and wider than the other. Can you see any reason for it?

I am 12 weeks post op with 260CC Silicone Gel Overs.
They have been this exact way since day one except for a bit of swelling and bruising that went away.

I hope you dont mind....... I am having trouble communicating the problem with them over there. They just say come back and we'll look.... arrrgh!

Thanks in advance. I hope to hear from you.

Carol

Before photos would help

The only way to know if a revision is indicated is to view before photos to compare with the postop photos. All women have a certain degree of asymmetry and it can get accentuated after surgery due to being larger. I would not jump into another surgery unless absolutely necessary as it has risks associated with it - specially capsular contracture which is tough to correct. Find a well qualified plastic surgeon in your proximity with a good reputation and get a consultation so you don't have to travel out of the country again. Good luck
