Dr. Casper,

My ba was 4 weeks ago, I had smooth saline unders 425 and 430cc. My ques is, when I drop and fluff will I get bigger? What generally happens? do girls get bigger or smaller? I love the size and shape now and I know I have a lot of changes ahead of me, but I hope I don't get any smaller I'm 5'5 110lbs and currently am a full C/Baby D, to be honest they don't look that big, I was actually hoping they will get bigger as I drop and fluff. Seems like they have no where else to go but down and out(more projection) when they drop? What do you think will I get bigger or smaller? Thanks

I was wondering the same thing, I'm 15 days post op, and so far Im a 34 baby D, but i'm wondering if it is just that they're swollen and they will shrink (I hope not!!) or they will stay the same (or bigger) as they drop and fluff.
