Question Is something wrong?

My implants (silicone) are two years old and have not had any trouble with them but the other night I was lifting something heavy and when I got through my right breast started hurting I started feeling it and it felt much softer (its always been the softer one) it almost looks like it dropped more. My concern is did it rupture? I have no pain now or hardness it has been a couple of weeks. What do you think?
