Follow up post op for BL/BA

What is the typical follow up visits for someone that has a BL/BA done? I am going to be traveling quite a distance for this to be done as the PS I want to use is the one my sister works for (buffalo to florida). I will not be able to fly for some period of time due to a ear surgery I will be having a few weeks after the lift/implant procedure. What is the normal post op visit timeframe? If I am a typical case and do not have any complications I heard my drains, stitches and other things will be taken care of in the 8 days I will be there after surgery. I do not plan on going back at all till maybe end of November/December... do you think this would be a huge problem? I think most non emergent issues can be addressed via email of pics or meds right?

Just tyring to get some ideas...

Thank you for your time!
Amber

Midwest Cutie will become famous soon enough
I think a week to ten days is typical. My follow up is eight days after surgery. Think it would have been a week but pushed back due to Labor Day holiday.

ETA - obviously a moot point I made since you already had your surgery. Sorry about that. How did things turn out for you?
