Tenting or Symmastia? How do you know?

I was hoping you can give me your opinion on the matter. I've noticed right after my surgery that the skin between my breast was raised, my doctor told me I was perfect and not to worry. I just went to my 3 month post op and I showed it to him again. He said that's the way my breast are and he didn't want to go to far out on the sides so that's the results. He told me "I cant have it all".
I want to know what the problem is or how it was caused, or if there is anything I can do to make it better. I ordered a thong bra, in a attempt to try to do something because I feel helpless.
Can you help me?
I can send pictures of what it looks like. Not sure how to do that one here, or if it's allowed.

Thank you
