closed capsulotomy

Hello -

I went for my six week appt. today with my PS. At week 3, he put me on accolate b/c he said my breasts were too tight/firm. I have taken it twice/day every day and have been massaging regularly. Today, he said they were still too firm. Without telling me what he was about to do, he proceeded to MASH THE HELL out of my breasts (sorry, but there's no other way to say it!) until we heard/felt the scar tissue "pop". I was WRITHING in pain, kicking my legs, squeezing the nurse's hand, begging him to stop. He did, but only after he heard that pop! So, basically, I think I had a closed capsulotomy today without it being discussed with me first! I am very upset now that I have read that this practice is no longer recommended and can be dangerous. Can you tell me your personal opinion on closed capsulotomy, the chances of a rupture now that I have had this done and how I need to handle this situation with my dr. to assure that he doesn't do this again. I almost don't want to return to his office, but am only six weeks post op and have a long way to go with follow-ups, etc. Thanks very much for your time.
