Hi,
I am trying to get 2nd opinions with other professional PS for my situation.
1st BA:
400/mod/saline
Bottoming out, rippling ( I believe due to that, from sagging/over-dropping) and bad scarring.

2nd BA:
660/mod+/saline
Rippling on Right side due to placement of implant?!
I believe my PS has dissected my pocket wider than my left by 1cm which may result to rippling to that one (right) breast.

Ex.
My left implant/pocket is 14.3/diameter and 5.7/projection.
My right implant/pocket is like 15.3/diameter and 4.7/projection.
The shape of my left implant is like a hershey’s kiss. And my right is like a thick pancake.
I don’t have any rippling on my left whatsoever.
It is firmer and points straight. But my right is softer/looser and points to the side.
When I lay down my right implant also falls to the side.
I think that if my pocket was created the same as my left implant I may not have rippling. And since it was created wider, it changed the form/size of my implant in diameter and projection.
Is it possible that my PS may have made my pocket slightly too wide which resulted to some rippling and sloping to the side?
Is it possible that my PS is responsible?
