liposuction after BA

Hello Dr.

I have one breast that is larger than the other - is it possible to have lipo on the breast after a breast augmentation - how complicated is it to determine how much tissue/fat (?) to remove?

Is this common?

Lipo is a possible way to even up some areas. It really depends upon you are dealing fat or just breast tissue. Have your surgeon examine you and give you an opinion

If I have just had a breast augmentation and am not happy with the size, will my Dr be obligated to add more volue while wounds are fresh without charging me again?

I routinely do not reoperate until the breasts are fully healed (2-3 months). I try to get the size increase as close as possible to the patient's desire. Alot goes in to detremining what size implant fits well into a pocket and relates to the width of the ribcage during the surgery. I can not say what your surgeon's policy is for increasing the size. I personally do not feel an obligation to do this without a charge.
