Going larger

Thanks in advance Dr. Hueneke!

Here are my stats:

5'6
120 pounds
Before breast augmentation and after breastfeeding for 1 year: 34B
I was a 34C before breastfeeding
After breast augmentation: 34 full C
Textured, Round
Under muscle
implant is size 360, but overfilled to below:
375cc Left/400cc Right

I had my breast augmentation 8 years ago in East TN, but now live here in Nashville and would like to go larger. How many more cc's do you think I could go up to? I would like to go up to Smooth, Round, HP, 800cc's. Do you think I could hold this? I know that this is hard to say without you actually seeing me, but I can send you pictures if you would like. I have before and after photos. I would like to be about an E cup if possible. Do you have many photos of redos that you have done going up to 800cc's? I was trying to figure out how much larger I would be, but I figure it is about 1 cup size per 200cc's. Therefore, that should take me up 2 cup sizes. Any advice would be great! Thanks!

In part the diameter of the implant is also a factor in size. An 800cc implant probably exceeds your body and tissue, but the choice is obviously yours to make. An HP may be a good option. I would say based on your stats, about 150cc would take you up a cup. Probably increasing to a 800cc would get an E cup. I typically do not take photos of patients going larger. I would be happy to see you to discuss it.
