I have a small frame, here are my stats: 110lbs 5'4. BWD was a 12 nipples were 18in apart. I have very little sag although I breastfed 2 babies. I am starting out with a A cup on the L and a AA on the R. What cc volume would you recommend for me to achieve the most beautiful natural result ( I would like to achieve a ski-slope look, not a fully round look) Is this possible? he recommended a 380 (but I thought that would look rather large on my body) |

I don't think that sized implant would look too big on you at all but it's got to be about what you want so that you are happy. Without knowing your rib cage and current band I would be really just guessing but somewhere close to C is what I would say. Did your PS mention anatomicals, (also called teardrop). These implants are supposed to give you that natural shape that you are looking for. Good luck!

Hi! you have really similar stats to me. im even slightly uneven too! My ps told me he would be comfortable putting 300cc in me when i told him what i wanted. (hopefully small C cup but my priority is natural looking.) im even more conservative than him though, and im leaning toward 275. also, i tried on the 300 sizers in his office, and i felt like they were HUGE on me. i couldnt imagine them ever looking natural on my frame, even though i know they look smaller inside you. anyhow, therefore, i agree with you, 380 sounds a bit big, but then again, what would i know! |

wow, I'm so glad to find someone who thinks like me! I filled some baggies with only 350cc and stuffed them into a sports bra and they looked huge on me! The 300 cc ones were quite a bit better, so I'm thinking if they look a bit smaller once the are in, then maybe 300 would be a better choice...thanks for your comments

The rice test or sizers do help, but the amount of saline or silicone for that matter appears smaller when implants are submuscular. Placing the implants behind the muscle will help achieve a more natural look. I would guess 250-400 would be in the range of a proportional result. I do not think anatomic implants make breasts look more natural.
