Nipples uneven

Ok it has been 3 months and have come to realize that my nipples are out of line with each other and are going to stay that way. I went for my post-op today and asked the ps about this and he said because I had slight uneveness with my boobs prior that by going larger this would be excentuated (sp?) now. He said that a lift to bring the other one up would be pointless as this is minor and the scaring from the lift is not worth it. So basically he told me to deal with it and it is no big deal.

Well to me it is a big deal because it is noticable. I don't have pics yet but what I am talking about with being out of line is where the bottom of the aerola is, the white flesh part of the boob on my right one shows more skin than the left one by an inch. What do I do? I mentioned this to him and he doesn't see it as a big deal and no revisions are needed but to me it is because it is noticeable and looks weird. Why didn't he mention this assymetry in the beginning? Can anything be done to correct this? Isn't he required to fix this at his cost? Please help!! I can send pics to if necessary.

Also to mention on this same boob the scar is bigger and it does not sit in the crease as perfectly as my left boob has. It seems like he had issues with this one during surgery and I am not being told about it. Cause if you look at my boobs straight on you can see the scar on this problem boob but the other on is hidden in the brease. What do you think about this as well?

Thanks

Hard to say. There can be different reasons for the uneveness. Send me a picture.
