Upper Pole Fullness

I had breast augmentation w/lift 4 months ago and unfortunately do not have the look I want. I have Mentor Smooth, Round, Moderate+ Saline Implants, 350cc. I have a very natural look and I want a very firm, round, perky-stand up at attention look with the upper pole fullness. Can this look be achieved in a re-do? I'm concerned my pockets are too low to obtain the look (fake) I really would love to have. Someone mentioned possibly removing more excess skin that this might give more the look I hope to obtain but concerned that would make me smaller, so I'm not sure if I just need larger implants with some excess skin removal or if the pockets will be a concern as well. I have a redo consultation next week & not sure what all questions I need to ask. I realize it's hard to say without seeing me but hoped you might be able to provide some insight or suggest questions I need to ask the new surgeon during my consultation.

This is usually an issue when you have more existing breast tissue. Tightening that up with a lift may be answer. Going bigger can help but sometimes it means becoming much larger than desired.It is hard to tell anything from the picture. Ask your PS for advice
