Results.....

Hello Dr Hueneke,

My question is: I have overs, HP, cohesive. I had a revision for CC with caspulotomy 4 weeks ago. When should my appearance be my final result, placement wise? I look in the mirror every day and Im not sure what changes are yet to come with overs at 4 weeks PO w/ it being a revision. Do I still have minor implant dropping into place even tho my orginial breast augmentation was a year ago...My revision is not as soft as my "good" one but didn't figure it would be since the CC scar tissue was left in the breast.

I would expect with a much smaller surgery, swelling should resolve a little quicker. It is still a little early and you need to give it a full 3 months. The implants typically do not drop as much with a capsulotomy as with primary surgery. It should be getting close to the other side at this point. Massage may help. Talk to your PS
