Question contracture?

I had my 5 month appointment on Friday and my PS confirmed that one breast is firmer than the other. I just started noticing it a few weeks ago. I asked if it was a contracture and said that on a scale of 1-4 it would only be a 1 or so. He said to massage up and down, side to side 10X/day and lay on my stomach as much as possible and that it will go away. Have you seen this go away with massaging? I also read online that Vitamin E can help. I am not sure how much to take but I have been taking 800 IE daily.
I would really appreciate any additional advice you can give me.
Thanks,

Since the cause is still not clear, there is no way to say what if any of these methods will help. There does not seem to be any harm in them. All women are considered a "1". If it is firmer then you are a grade "2". I have not found massage to benefit this problem.
