i currently have 350cc hp unders which i thought never filled out my breast from the beginig. anyway they were done 2 yrs ago. i recently had a baby and now they sag horribly, my ps says no to a lift, due to scarring hes measured me and said i dont need it. im having a redo in 8 days he says a bigger implant will produce the tight and high look im trying to achieve somewhere between 5 and 600 hps. is this possible? can you look at my pics and tell me if its achievable at my current state and what option would you choose for a patient likemyself? thanxs in advance

Hard to say from the photos and not measuring you in person. A larger implant will fill you out more, but it does not produce the lift many women are looking for. When the skin and breast tissue are stretched which produces the sagging, the implant position is hard to maintain.
