Dr Hueneke: I am scheduled to see my PS next Tues since he is on vacation this week. As a second opinion (and I promise to not use your name), what is your thought on the dissection? See profile please for pic. I HATE the way my breast look when lying down. Please give me your honest thoughts. Thank you for your time.

did not see any pictures. you can email me at plasticsurgery@medscape.com could be your tissues were not strong enough for that size implant to keep it centered. surgeon could have over-dissected.
