Odd boobs and implant question

Hi,
I stay in scotland and have been told i can get my asymmatry fixed in the NHS however the surgeon i seen only wants to put an implant in my small breast. I am really not happy with this at all and i was wondering what your advice would be on this? I really cant afford to go private at all and i really just want to have the confidence to take my 3 daughters swimming, my oldest have just been swimming for the first time with her gran as i wont take them. I have even self harmed again last month cause of them.
Please i really need the help.

Asymmetry can be difficult to fix. Options are increasing the size of the smaller breast, decreasing the size of the larger breast, or increasing both without or with a breast lift. So much depends on exactly what did not form properly. Without seeing you there is no way to give you advice.
