Should i worry about my breast

I had my redo 2 months ago- replaced silicone overs (270cc ) to silicone unders(500cc) after surgery i was informed i had very little breast tissue.
My left breast is soft and moveable however, my right is less movable and firm. And if that is not bad enough my rt muscle is tight and still looks high on my chest wall. Because my muscle is high (or because i have no breast tissue) my nipple looks flat and sometimes caved in. What is happening? And can it be fixed? HELP!

Well, it's tough to say without seeing you. If the pocket feels tight at 2 months, it probably will not change that much. I think you should talk to your PS about this. Opening it up could help the other issue with the nipple.
