Hi dr. Hueneke i had my breast augmentation about 4 weeks ago and although i am happy with the results my incision looks bad. I know its going to take some time to fade but its dark and much longer than i expected, like 3-4 inches. Usually i heal really good so i figured a crease incision would be ok. Do you have any suggestions on what to use.

3 inches is about the size for silicone implant placement. Mederma is a decent treatment, but it takes time for the color and texture to improve (9 months)
