Smile Recent symmastia/CC repair

Dr. Hueneke,
I had my original BA in Oct. 2007. Had revision surgery March 2008, am 3 weeks post-op today. I had a symmastia repair and bilateral repair of CC. Used the same implants, 325cc Mentor silicone (unders). Ht. "5, 7" - Wt. 112 lbs. 27 inch chest. Everything seems to be going okay, but I am still worried. Left breast looks okay but seems to want to move around some - is this normal? Right breast is high and firm, just like brand new BA, half inch higher than left one - is this normal? Also, how long does a symmastia repair take to fully heal? I am a RN in a nursing home and also help my hubby farm. I need to be able to lift (people, things, etc.) or help lift at least twice my body weight in the line of work that I do. Am I ever going to be able to do that again without the risk of symmastia repeating itself? I want to be able to go back to my "normal" life and if that is not an option, then I am considering explanting.
Thank you!

Well, in general the body is repaired by 6 weeks enough to allow most activites. You need to check with your surgeon about your restrictions and your concerns. You have had two problems that occur for different reasons. The capsular contracure may have contributed to a minor synmastia. Right now it is too early to evaluate your result. Follow up with your doctor.
