Hello Doctor Hueneke. Im two days post-op and I have just one question. Is this true that you loose 15% or 20% of your size when you do partials? I heard and I know about complete submuscular but wondering is this happen with that kind of placement too. Im just surprise because my doc always told me that my redo (upsizing) has had in overs again!! And I wake up totally in pain which is weird because my last overs doesnt hurt at all. Im just worried because my redo is was just for upsizing and i dont be regret again!!

You have heard incorrectly. The size does not change with respect to being over or under. Sometimes a surgeon may choose to place a little more when going under because the muscle compresses the implant. I cannot say where your implants are. Talk to your doctor about it. Increasing by 150cc should get you almost a cup size.
