Question VHP Implants???

Just curious if the very high profile implants are available(I don't think they are) in the USA? And if so what brand makes them. I have 700HP now, and in the future if I have a redo I would want to go up only in projection and the only way that would be possible would be if I found an implant with more projection than my Inamed HP's? thanks

I just had a quick look on the manufacturers website for my VHP's (Eurosilicone) and they go up to 900cc's in the VHP style. I don't know if they're available in the US tho, or if they can be "special ordered"?

thanks. Guess I should have been a little more specific, those silicones the highest projection was 6.7cm with the 800's. My saline 700'sHP have 6.9cm of projection. I'm looking for a higher amount of projection without having to go with a wider diameter. Does that make sense???

this is more like it. These 900 Eurosilicones are 13.8 diameter(same as mine) but with 8.2cm projection. Now I wonder if we can get those here???

ok, so Inamed's does have more volume and projection w/theirs, but i also know that there's also other sizes available that aren't given online (or i couldn't find). i would DEFINITELY go and ask your PS about the larger ones. (eg - according to the info i have i could only get 400cc's or 455cc's. but there's sizes in between those too that my PS mentioned, so....)

i'm pretty sure the Eurosilicones are not available to us in the states, but here's their site: http://www.eurosilicone.com/ and http://www.euromedicalsystems.co.uk/eurosilicone.html

The original question has merit. Women do want nice projection without getting too large. To some degree it is possible. Silicone implants typically have less projection than saline which is why better profiles have been developed. I thought you were asking about saline which (CHICKIE32) are NOT available in the USA. It is possible to order VHP from Europe but you will find great difficulty in getting a plastic surgeon to obtain a non-FDA approved for you. I strongly suggest anyone considering changing size or profile get out a ruler. 1 inch = 2.54 cm. 1/2 inch = 1.27 cm. 1/4 inch = 6 mm. 1/8 inch = 3mm. Most changes in profile then unless you are going from a size in the 300's to 600's do not add up to much. In your particular case, maybe a centimeter of increase. That change may be very meaningful to you. There are very good reasons to use HP or VHP, but most women do fine with standard profiles. But what do I know.......

Thanks so much Dr. Hueneke, they only ones I found that interest me were Eurosilicone that are 900cc, 13.8cm width(same as mine now) but with 8.2cm projection instead of my 6.9cm projection! Thanks so much! My ps would probably look at me like crazy!!

hi Dr.Hueneke,

I called Mentor, and they in fact said yes that the uhp's are available here in the US. *HOWEVER* i didn't realize when i first replied that brunettebeauty was looking into the salines, not the silicones. hope this helps clear stuff up for the others here
