Opinions on Revision surgery coming up.....

I am having a revision in a November for pocket work (implants sitting too low on chest/ slight bottoming out look) and I'm changing my implants. Going from high profiles to Midrange Profiles because I don't like the look of my high profiles (too "bally" because I have zero breast tissue to cover the implants.) I'm hoping that the Moderate Plus (midrange) will provide more fullness across my chest. We also realized later on that my asymmetry would have benefited from 2 different size implants.

Current implants: Size 260cc 10.4 diameter 4.3 projection

Changing to: Size 286cc 11.7 diameter 3.8 projection (left side)
...........And: Size 304cc 11.9 diameter 4.0 projection (right side)

My question is,.... Even though I'm going up a tad bit in ccs, do you think I'll be smaller or appear smaller due to small loss of projection? I know I don't like the high profiles on me (too fake looking), but I definitely don't want to be or appear any smaller. Your opinion would be greatly appreciated!

Although you and you surgeon have all the info, I will make a general comment. You can not be smaller with a larger implant. The difference in projetion is pretty small. I do think the porposed change will move you to a less fake look.
