Question Revision advice

I had an anchor BL and saline Impants 3/17/08 - 425 filled to 440 left and 475 filled to530 right - Can I get more cc's or would they be overfilled? I want more projection/cleavage also. What can my ps do to give me that as well? I'm going in for a revision on the lift to remove some excess skin on the left because the left was more stretched out than the right before the BA. I was a C cup on the left and a small B on the right and major drooping from kids and gaining/losing weight back and forth prior to my BA. I've lost about 100 pounds (prior to BA)and need to lose about 25 more but I feel that my lift could be tighter.

It is tough to get the look you are wanting. Adding more saline will probably no do much at all. It is just not possible to get that implanted look or cleavage when things have been stretched out. Ask your PS.

Well the lift took care of the stretching of skin that I had. She wants to tighten up the left where it has dropped more than the right.....I just feel that the implant is falling out of the pocket. Could permanent sutures help? And is there room for more saline in what I already have? Thanks - I do have my revision on the 15th. I just wanted to kinda have an idea of something that might help.

Permanent sutures could help if it is an issue with the pocket. Skin tightening alone will probably not help that problem much. You are already over-filled. It is possible to add more saline but there is not much. Adding more typically does not make a big difference.
