Have you heard of this complication? I have unders and the muscle runs across the breast in the middle when I flex. I am sending a link to show what I mean. The bottom set is how mine look. How would you fix this?

Well, it's hard to sat without seeing you. If the pocket was too low on one side, then placing internal sutures would help that. In addition, the muscle may need more release. Sometimes a correction will make it totally acceptable and other times minimal improvement can be achieved.
