Crescent Lift AFTER BA

Is it possible to have a Crescent Lift AFTER a breast augmentation due to the low position of the nipples?

Mine are not pointing downwards but are low in relation to the rest of the breast. I would really like them to be a bit higher--1 cm to 1.5 cm. I know that is not much but makes a ton of difference in the appearance.

Is it possible to have a crescent lift without having the implants removed or would they have to be removed in order for a crescent lift to be performed?

Thanks. Any advice would be appreciated.

A crescent should be able to be done without touching the implants. A donut lift would give a more lift and a longer-lasting result and also could be done without doing anything to the implants.
