Options For Revision

I Recently Had My BA (July 2009). I've Had Problems With Slight Tenting (Symmastia) && Bottoming Out.

I've Seen My Surgeon, And She Suggests 2 Things.

1.) Switching From Unders To Overs?

OR

2.) Going In And Stitching Up The Pockets?

My Question Would Be...

Which Do You Suggest? Also, When Switching From Unders To Overs..Will This Fix The Symmastia/Bottoming Out??

Thank You In Advance For Your Reply

The armpit incision typically gives less control and accuracy in creating pockets. I prefer to address the pocket but could not tell you what to do. Changing pockets has its own set of problems. The implant size seems appropriate but decreasing it would improve success if the pockets are tight.
