Thin and tall

Hi. I am wondering about implant size for myself. I have already 240cc mods. that have lasted 10 plus years I am 6'3 and weigh 127. I have grade 3 c.c. that came about apx 2 years ago. anyway... I am wondering what size would be good for me( I would love to go bigger and would like to somewhat fill up the space between my breasts a bit. My rib cage is 29 and 1/2.

Are your implants allergan or mentor? You are very thin based upon your height and weight so for first I would use silicone implants. It is impossible for me to say what your implant size should be even looking at a picture but the fact that you have an implant in already helps you decide. If you add a cm of width to your current implant you can get a visual on where it will come to. This extra width will all go medially, very little will go laterally. I suspect based upon your height that you can go up by at least 1.5cm and still look anatomically correct. Remember the smaller your natural breasts the more important it is to stick with a wider implant because you don't have any of your own breast tissue to make up the differnce in width. When you do have surgery try to have your PS remove as much as possible of the old scar capsule . I would be happy to look at your pictures but again it will we difficult to make any measurements based upon them. rek@kearneymd.com

I have silicone and will replace them with the same. I thank you so much for your reply and taking the time to answer as best you could. I will take all the information you suggested and use it wisely! Thank you again.
