Breast Width Diameter and Implant profile

My PS has recommended Mentor High Profile Silicone 300L/ 325R. My Breast Width Diameter is 12cm. According to the mentor website, the diameter of the implants are 11.1/ 11.4 cm. I am worried the HP may be too narrow, and the mod+ in the same size has a diameter that matched my breast diameter, so should I get that profile instead?

I am going for a natural look. I am currently 5'2, 95 pounds, my rib cage is about 25 inches. I am currently a small 32A.

Thanks for your advice with this

Hard question to answer. Evreyones "natural" is different. High profile implants tend to be rounder on top. If you are looking for round use those other wise use a moderate + which is a litttle wider - it will give you the fullness without the roundness.

Ask what the policy is for changing the implants if you are unhappy in six months.

I too had this concern and my PS said that your natural breast tissue also need to be taken into consideration, for example if your implant width is 10cm, and you have 2cm of natural tissue (which is measured with the calipers) then that officially makes the 12cm- your BWD.
