Dr. Kearney,

Hello again! i am just about 3 months 3 weeks out and would appreciate a second opinion on the rate at which my implants are dropping. my ps says that they are taking so long because i was completely flat and went to 505cc saline (unders-via tuba) and i am asking my muscles do a lot in such a short period of time. pictures are located in a public album. thank you for your time!

Implants put in under the muscle via the belly button approach have a 10% to 15% rate of not settling into the pocket. I have done this procedure manyy times and now avoid it unless the patient insists because it is somewhat of a blind procedure for submuscular implants. I doubt at this point your implants will change much. If you want me to look at your photos you need to send them to info@kearneymd.com.
At this point I would be thinking you need a revision but that is without knowing how much the implants have changed in the last couple of months and if they are still changing.
