... I recently lost a lot of weight and it has had a major change on my breasts. I went down a significant amount of sizes in my breasts and want to get back to my old self but better. Having been an e almost a ee is it reasonable to want to go up to an f or ff? I am 5'4 and 140lbs at this time and had ee's before my weight loss.

I pick my implants based upon breast diameter, you will need a high profile implant to get what you want. If you go wider than your breast width you can get a larger cup but your breasts will look distorted when you don't have a top on. I would stick with the implant that is anatomically correct. Good luck, Dr. Kearney |

... to stay within a reasonable size for my body type. My goal would be to go up to an f or ff but I want it to be as natural and appealing as possible. I was thinking that somewhere around 700cc's or 800cc's would get me close to what I would like to see but I am unsure. What would be a reccomendation for someone of my body type to have as a goal for cc amount, shape of implant and type of implant? I plan on losing a lil more weight and and 5'4 140lbs (goal weight is 130lbs) and am now a dd (was a ee)? I was thinking about silicone mid to high profile and am unsure about the shape I am thinking round though.
