Recommend OVERS for me?

Currently I have Double Bubble in Left, Bottoming Out in Left and CC in right. Not to mention my breasts are not even and have a wierd shape to them.

I have a BEFORE pre-breast augmentation pic in my album.

My new PS suggested to make a new capsule for OVERS and that will help with shape. (As well as stitch up lefty) But my concern is that I don't have enough breast tissue for OVERS. Can you give me some enlightment on OVERS and if I would be a good candidate for them.

I am thin, started with 34A breast tissue, very active all day and I'm scaried of ripples.

I'm also scaried that since I have had CC in the right breast for 2 breast augmentation, then I might have CC in right for 3rd breast augmentation and if I have overs then it will be more noticable?

Please help.

You have a tough problem. I think your PS is correct. The best way to fix the double bubble is to change pockets. This is especially true if you tried to have it fixed once and failed. The best thing to do for a CC is to remove the scar capsule and put the implant back in. The capsule still needs to be removed if you are changing pockets but a fresh pocket will reduce your risk of recurrent CC back to 8 -10% which is what has been reported primary augmentations nationally.

You are correct about the thinness of your skin and breast tissue which could lead to rippling and another surgery but at the present time changing pockets is probably what i would suggest. If ultimately you have to go back under the muscle because of rippling the abnormal pocket which caused the double bubble should be closed and the cc contracture rate would be back to baseline as well.
