Mathematic Calculation to Figure Out Cup Size?

Hi Dr. Kearney,
I have a question...I am currently a 34B with a 340cc silicone gel implant over the muscle. I was a 34A pre-breast augmentation, hence why I am only a B now. I am having a re-do to fix capsular contracture and increase my size and I came up with a mathematical calculation for my cup size and I wanted to know if it is correct to assume this: if I am a 340cc and a B-cup, then each cup size for me would = 170cc's. Does that mean that with a 520cc (which is what I am getting with my re-do), I would only be a full C (170 x 3 = 510)? It seems like a large amount of cc's to only be a C-cup. I am not an overly large person so it seems a little off to me (I am 5'4", 125 pounds, size 5 (26" waist), BWD of 12 and wear a 33/34 bandwidth). What do you think? I realy appreciate your help!

I would say you are making it too complicated. If you like your current breast width and want to be bigger switch to the higher profile with the same base width. If you would like to be wider then make that adjsutment as well. There are too many factors that go into cup size to ever figure out what cup size you are going to be. You want to have the best appearance possible regardless of cup size. For some women the desired cup size is a C for others it is a DD.

In short I don't believe your calculations will help.
