lumpy implant

Hi I have just had my implants re-done.I had them done 5months ago but to my dissapointment they came out the same size. So my surgern has just re-done them and I am 2 weeks post op. I am really happy with the size, he said he was going to put in 450cc-500cc I was 325cc before.
I have always had some numbness on the right side I previously to this I had implants for 14 years with no problems.
Now after 2 weeks the left one have got lumpy bit towards the clevage. the other one is fine.
I am really worried about this and it is definatly lumpy on that inner side clevage side. please advise me on what to do. I had my surgery in Tunisa and I dont no what to do.
I had a tummy tuck and lipo 5 months ago and they are fine, I had to have more lipo done 2 weeks ago on the tummy as I still have overhang.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated, as I am quite low at the moment and I am no sure if its because I have had surgery twice in 6months.
regards
ishi

I would say you are just two weeks post op and that is probably normal? At any rate you need to wait at least 4 - 6 wks to decide if something is really wrong.
