Very unhappy with results, going for redo, need advice

I'm going to talk to my surgeon on Tuesday morning, my breast augmentation is actually 3.5 yrs old but I haven't had the money to pay for my redo until now. I have CC on the right and the pocket is too big on the left, I also feel like the implant on the left is not full enough, I get deep ripples on the armpit side if I bend over even a little, I don't know about the right because of the CC. Both of these problems were evident at my 6 week post-op, but my surgeon said they looked great and would probably even out eventually, but they have only gotten worse. I have pictures of their current state, and of the results I would like, can I email them to you to get your opinion as to what I should ask to be done to achieve those results? Please bear in mind that I had NO assymetry before my breast augmentation, my left crease is much lower than it was originally, and the pocket goes in towards the middle too far, I think, resulting in that strange dent. I do want a bit of space between them, even in a bra or bathing suit, and I want projection, upper pole fullness, and definition without needing to wear a bra or bathing suit to acheive that. Thanks so much for any help you can give. I currently have 325cc both sides filled to 350, saline smooth HP unders. I thought for sure this would give me the projection and perkiness that I wanted seeing as I'm so small (30-32C, 97lbs, 5'1) but it definitely doesn't. I had 32A's originally.

Unhappy HELP/Need a revision!

I had my original breast augmentation Sept 08, and bottomed out and had double bubble on my Left Breast. I had a second revision 7 mths later to suture up my left bottomed out breast and double bubble. I was told prior that if he saw anything causing the double bubble he would go in to correct it, otherwise, he would just suture it! It looked like just skin anyway , and pulling it up took that DB affect away. I had slight photis on that one side before surgery, so it could have just been that extra skin.

A week or so before surgery he suggested sutering up both breasts , so they would match exactly and also to give a higher and better look. I sort of had to agree because he said if I didnt also suture the Right Breast up, they may not match and the right breast would probably hang lower than the left breast. He never mentioned going inside the healthy right breast at all.
After the operation I found out the dr went in and took out scar tissue and muscle fibers on both sides even though when going inside my double bubble breast he found it was not a muscle causing the 'band' that made that double bubble appearance. In fact, he operated on the the Right Breast first, the breast without the DB.

Two weeks after that I was back in the Hospital with Hematoma/Seroma on that RIGHT breast! It never healed correctly, and now on my RIGHT BREAST I have CC and scar tissue, the pocket on top closed, and I have two knucles where the implant is sticking out in-between my upper/middle cleavage area where it shows in low-cut tops! AND... the double bubble and bottoming out came back in my Left Breast, and not in my right, so I am now lopsided.

What do I do now, only one year later??? I am so stressted out. He said he will fix it for a discount, but did not sound happy about it! And had mentioned that this "be the last time".

Now that makes me feel really bad because I feel I didnt even ask for any of these problems, especially opening up my RIGHT BREAST without even letting me know the possibilty of doing it. And I feel these knucles sticking out of my skin are from messing around and thinning my muscles inside.

What do I do now? It's been 5 months since my Hematoma. I am getting impatient. I have to make a decision. Even with a discounted fee, do you think I should go back to this original surgeon one more time, or do you think he could mess me up more???

Should I go to another surgeon who specializes in Revisions??? I live in New Jersey, and the only Dr.'s I see that are good in Revisions are doctors across country, and that wouldnt be good for follow-ups since I have this CC and compliations might arrise again????? I have pictures.
