Fat Injections for implant ripples?

Hi,
I recently had a breast augmentation: 650cc silicone overs. My left breast is gorgeous; round smooth...beautiful. Unfortunately, my right breast has one large ripple/wrinkle on top right at my cleavage area. My PS said he could do fat injections to the ripple. When I had my breast augmentation I also had a small amount (very minimal) of fat injections to my lips. So, I am aware of the process and recovery (they are swollen and then reduce in size). Is this something you do (fat injections for ripples)? How is it done? ie; over fill the ripple area with the fat? Does it take more than one fat injection? Does it cause the skin to lift? (like a thin pencil is under the skin)? The ripple is not noticeable when standing still and very straight with shoulders back...otherwise it is VERY noticeable (basically all the time).

Fat transfer can and is done in the breast commonly. The same process is done for the lips as the breasts but as there is less blood supply to the areola so the grafts don't necessarily survive as well. It can fail all together or take multiple injections or maybe just one. It is a small amount and does not lift anything per say but it will fill it out.

Thank you Dr Kearney. It makes me feel more comfortable with the procedure. I certainly didn't want 'lifted' ripples!
