tinytt is on a distinguished road
BWD and breast implant size

I have trouble deciding between 275cc high profile round smooth silicone implants with a bwd= 10.8 and 300cc with a bwd=11.1. Is it better to go with the implant bwd that is smaller than my own bwd in the long run or will going over 0.1 cm of my bwd will not really be that big of a difference? I do want a more natural look with fullness(if it is possible).

My stats are: bwd- 11cm.
5ft. 1in.
94 lbs.
32 AA/AAA
ribcage- 27in.

Dr. Mele will become famous soon enough
Breast Width and Implants.

Dear Tinytt:

In my experience for silicone gel filled implants, the base width diameter is not as important as the volume. This is different than for saline implants. For saline implants the base diameter, in most cases, is the most important dimension.

For silicone gel filled implants, the diameter is not as well "enforced" as with saline. A difference of 3 millimeters will not make a significant difference, but the additional 25 cc's may give a little more fullness.

I can't give you specific advice without seeing you, but these are general rules of thumb. Plastic surgery is not as easy as comparing dimensions, but it is important to pay attention to them.
