![]() | help please, take a look
i currently have 350cc hp unders which i thought never filled out my breast from the beginig. anyway they were done 2 yrs ago. i recently had a baby and now they sag horribly, my ps says no to a lift, due to scarring hes measured me and said i dont need it. im having a redo in 8 days he says a bigger implant will produce the tight and high look im trying to achieve somewhere between 5 and 600 hps. is this possible? can you look at my pics and tell me if its achievable at my current state and what option would you choose for a patient likemyself? thanxs in advance

![]() | Breast Lift?
Dear : Thank you for your inquiry. This one of the most frequent questions encountered during the initial consultation for breast augmentation. In fact, it is so frequently asked I have an article on the subject on my personal web site's home page. The article can be found here: http://www.drmele.com/breastliftarti...francisco.html While a picture may help, it really takes an in office evaluation to make the determination. An implant adds volume, so it magnifies whatever is present. A lift raises the position of the breast and the nipple/areola on the breast. If the nipple is properly located and the problem is loss of volume then an implant will help. In this situation the breast looks deflated at the top, may or may not still have volume at the bottom, and the remaining volume is mostly below (not behind or above) the nipple. If the nipple is low, below the inframammary fold, then it will not be raised with an implant, and a lift will give a more cosmetic result. I hope this helps.
