I am 5'7'' and around 100 lbs.. I am naturally very thin and am worried about going too big. My doctor is saying 350cc's will be perfect for what I want.. But after looking through pictures of girls that are around my same beginning breast size (barely a 32A) some girls are saying they are at around a D after 350ccs and that is NOT what I want. I would like to be a full B/Small C. What would you recommend for someone my height, and weight, with barely any breast tissue.. Would 350cc's take me to what I want or would you recommend going smaller (275cc's)? Any and all opinions would be greatly appreciated Thank you SO much!

Dear Newbewb: Thanks for the question. This is a real "you have to be there" type. The range you are considering, 275 to 350 is a significant range, so you are going to want to narrow your range before surgery. It is hard to judge what is best for you, by looking at others' results, but it can be helpful. Measurements can also be helpful. Comparing the base width of you planned breast to the base width of the implant. At 5'-7" you are relatively tall so that would lead me to go up in size, and you are quite thin at 100 lbs which would lead me to reduce volume. What you may want to try is to get a bra in the size you desire and try it on. Fill the cups with a ziplock bag filled with rice. You can adjust the volume up and down and find a range that works. Then bring the appropriately filled bags to your surgeon, and at you preop appointment and compare them to the implants. The volume is not exactly the same, but it will give your surgeon an idea of what a full B/small C means to you. I have posted a few articles on my blog about how to choose the correct implants. Here is a link to the article that discusses size: www.sanfranciscoplasticsurgeryblog.com/how-to-choose-the-correct-breast-implants-size/ Unfortunately, these types of questions cannot be answered well via the forum, but I do hope this helps.
